1. Acceptance of Terms

gobet88 reserves the right to terminate the account of any user found not to meet the above eligibility requirements at any time, including forfeiting any balance or winnings in that account if fraud is proven.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the gobet88 platform. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

• You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
• Your account username and password are confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
• gobet88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
• If you suspect any unauthorised activity in your account, please contact our customer service immediately.
• gobet88 reserves the right to request identity verification (including a copy of your MyKad or equivalent official document) before processing any withdrawal or changes to account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gobet88 platform are subject to established limits and procedures. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Withdrawal processing time is usually completed within 1 hour from the date the request is approved.
• gobet88 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for security review or identity verification purposes.
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the account holder.
• gobet88 is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or e-wallet provider.
• Any attempt at fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

gobet88 offers various promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

• Each member is only eligible for the welcome bonus once.
• gobet88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or misuse of the promotion is found.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• gobet88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time with appropriate prior notice.
• The weekly VIP cashback is based on membership tier, ranging from 0.2% (Bronze) to 0.8% (Diamond) of total qualifying wagers.
